通过对天气条件与犯罪选择交互关系的系统分析,指出其影响潜在犯罪人的判断方式并基于对社会活动的干预间接成为犯罪实施的重要考虑因素。在阐述我国气温变化与犯罪率关系及其他影响我国犯罪状况的天气因素基础上,构建防控犯罪的应对天气变化策略体系,有利于反向推动环境建设与社会和谐发展。
Through the systematic analysis of the interactive relationship between weather conditions and crime choice, it points out the ways of judging the potential offenders and indirectly constitutes an important consideration for the implementation of the crime based on the intervention in social activities. On the basis of expounding the relationship between the temperature change and the crime rate in our country and other weather factors that affect the crime situation in our country, constructing a strategy system of coping with the weather change for crime prevention and control is conducive to promoting the environment construction and social harmonious development in the reverse direction.
