用~(137)Cs 和~(60)Coγ射线处理水稻品种“广陆矮4号”的干种子,观察 M_2抽穗期和株高突变,发现~(137)Csγ射线诱发抽穗期和株高突变的效应与~(60)Coγ射线相似:照射量低子40kR 的各处理,突变频率都随照射量的增加而提高;较低照射量率能诱发较高的突变凝率,~(137)Cs 和~(60)Coγ射线诱发抽穗期突变频率都以50R/分处理为最高,而株高突变分别以100R/分和50R/分为最高。
The dry seeds of rice variety “Guanglu Dian 4” were treated with ~ (137) Cs and ~ (60) Coγ-rays, and the heading date and plant height of M_2 were observed. The results showed that ~ (137) Csγ- The effect of high mutation was similar to that of ~ (60) Coγ-rays: the treatment with low dose of 40kR showed that the mutation frequency increased with the increase of irradiation dose; the lower dose rate induced higher mutation rate, ) Cs and ~ (60) Coγ-rays induced the highest frequency of mutation at heading stage at 50R / min and highest mutation at 100R / min and 50R / min respectively.
