针对目前在8度抗震设防城市建造七层砖混住宅的现状,为解决突破《抗震规范》允许高度的范围,论述了抗震设计应重视概念设计,在满足抗震强度验算基础上,采取配筋结构措施的具体部位,根据震害经验,重点应放在底部两层,并建议对配筋砌体住宅,规范可适当放宽总高和层数。
In view of the current status of building seven-story brick-concrete dwellings in 8 degree earthquake-resilient cities, in order to solve the problem of breaking the allowable height range of the “seismic code”, it is discussed that the anti-seismic design should pay attention to the concept design, and on the basis of satisfying the seismic strength check calculation, the reinforcement structure should be adopted. The specific parts of the measures, according to the earthquake damage experience, should focus on the bottom two floors, and it is recommended that for the reinforced masonry dwellings, the overall height and the number of layers can be appropriately relaxed.
