通过对宁波市典型区域高层建筑桩基的沉降观测,分析了桩基沉降量、沉降差和荷载、时间的关系。利用Gompertz曲线对桩基长期沉降进行了预测,用有限元法对桩基沉降进行了计算,并将预测、计算结果与实测结果进行了比较。研究结果表明:Compertz预测模型较符合线性加载或近似线性加载条件下的桩基沉降特征,预测值与实测值比较吻合;有限元单桩沉降计算结果较实测值小。同一场地桩基的沉降量随着桩长、桩径的增加而减小。
Through the settlement observation of the pile foundation of the high-rise building in a typical area of Ningbo City, the relationship between the pile settlement, settlement difference, load and time is analyzed. The long-term settlement of pile foundation is predicted by Gompertz curve, the settlement of pile foundation is calculated by finite element method, and the prediction and calculation results are compared with the measured results. The results show that the Compertz prediction model is more consistent with the pile foundation settlement under linear loading or near linear loading conditions, and the predicted and measured values are in good agreement with each other. The calculated settlement of the finite element pile is smaller than the measured value. The settlement of pile foundation in the same site decreases with the increase of pile length and pile diameter.
