农业是基础产业,又是用水大户,发展节水灌溉是创建节水型社会和发展现代农业的重要举措。本文主要浅析徐水县农田节水灌溉发展现状及存在的问题,同时从投资、运行管理、效益等方面浅析节水灌溉发展对策。
Agriculture is a basic industry and a big water user. Developing water-saving irrigation is an important measure to create a water-saving society and develop modern agriculture. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of water-saving irrigation in farmland of Xushui County, and analyzes the development countermeasures of water-saving irrigation from aspects of investment, operation management and benefit.
