Project general contracting is an internationally accepted method of construction project organization and implementation, and from the policy orientation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, it will continue strategically in the next few years and vigorously promote EPC. In the next ten years, the three brightest jewels in the construction industry are: PPP, building industrialization and general contracting. One of the project general contracting, is the feast of a handful of enterprises, even large enterprises, invest considerable resources, may not be able to achieve a successful transition. The most important thing now is to do all the preparatory work to start the general contracting preparatory work, including ideological preparation, knowledge preparation, personnel preparation, market preparation, organizational preparation. This article intends to analyze the organization’s preparation and hopes that the construction enterprise that is preparing to transform itself into a general contracting project has
