Au~(3+)在硫脲介质中呈现一灵敏的示波极谱波,金浓度在5×10~(-8)—9×10~7mol/L有良好的线性关系,检出限可达2×10~8mol/L。该极谱波的产生是由于Au~(3+)与硫脲反应所生成的反应产物二硫甲脒所致,且该波属于吸附还原波。用此法测定了金矿和粗铜中金的含量。
Au ~ (3+) presents a sensitive oscillometric polarographic wave in the thiourea medium with a good linear relationship with the concentration of gold in the range of 5 × 10 -8 -9 × 10 -7 mol / L with a detection limit of Up to 2 × 10 ~ 8mol / L. The production of this polarographic wave is due to the reaction of Au ~ (3+) with thiourea, which is the reaction product of dithiamidine, and the wave belongs to the adsorption-reduction wave. This method was used to determine the gold content of gold and blister copper.
