通过35CrMnSiMoVA超高强度钢的热模拟试验,研究了不同焊接热循环对其热影响区韧性的影响及其与显微组织的关系。结果表明,t_(8/5)减小时,冲击韧性提高,选用合适的焊后加热可提高热影响区的韧性
Through the thermal simulation experiments of 35CrMnSiMoVA ultra-high strength steel, the influence of different welding thermal cycles on the toughness of the heat-affected zone and its relationship with the microstructure were studied. The results show that, when t_ (8/5) decreases, the impact toughness increases. Selecting appropriate post-weld heating can improve the toughness of heat-affected zone
