肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其死亡率居各种恶性肿瘤前列,但是其发生的分子机制仍知之甚少。基因芯片技术自问世以来已广泛用于人类多种肿瘤基因表达谱等方面的研究。在肝癌研究中,它为肝癌相关基因的研究提供了一种全新的方法,为寻找肝癌相关基因、进一步筛选和研究肝癌基因芯片的差异表达基因、寻找和检测与肝癌发生、发展及预后相关的生物分子标记,进而阐明其发病分子机制和进行有效的预防提供了捷径。本文结合基因芯片技术在筛选肝癌差异表达基因研究中的应用作一综述。
Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, its mortality rate ranks the forefront of various malignancies, but the molecular mechanism of its occurrence is still poorly understood. Since the advent of gene chip technology has been widely used in human a variety of tumor gene expression profiles and other aspects of research. In the study of liver cancer, it provides a new method for the study of hepatocellular carcinoma-related genes. In order to find out the genes related to hepatocellular carcinoma, we further screen and study the differentially expressed genes of hepatocellular carcinoma genechips and find out and detect the correlation with the occurrence, development and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma Biomolecular markers, and then clarify the pathogenesis of molecular mechanisms and effective prevention provides a shortcut. This review summarizes the application of gene chip technology in the screening of differentially expressed genes in hepatocellular carcinoma.
