中学数学后进生形成的原因可谓包罗万象,不一而足,但从本质上讲,无外乎主客观两方面因素,一是学生自身意志、情感、自觉性以及对数学的兴趣等主观因素,一是学生的成长环境,教师的教育方法等客观因素。本文先分析后进生形成的原因,再针对原因提出培养方案。
