冷库是利用降温设施创造适宜的湿度和低温环境的仓库,属于工业建筑的仓库类别。由于存在内外温差,如果处理不当,在冷库的使用过程中会出现“冷桥”现象,从而导致大幅增加能耗,还会在一些部位产生结霜、结冰、结露现象,不仅降低冷库的隔热性能,甚至会破坏建筑物结构。所以保温系统设计可以说是冷库设计的灵魂,要严格控制并尽量减少冷桥产生。在设计中要仔细分析容易形成冷桥的部位,并采取有针对性的措施,可以有效控制冷桥的产生。
