该文侧重研究区际产业转移视域中的产业转移承接力评价方法,并针对全国东、中、西三大地区进行实证分析。文章聚焦地区产业转移承接力的评价问题,提出了具有一定创新性的产业转移承接力评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法分析指标权重,进而得出全国各省份产业转移承接力的综合评价结果。实证结果显示,各省份应结合实际,科学合理地承接产业转移,并在全国范围内继续积极稳妥地推行“西部大开发”及“中部崛起”战略,实现可持续的产业均衡发展。
This paper focuses on the evaluation method of industrial transfer carrying capacity in the perspective of inter-regional industrial transfer, and conducts an empirical analysis for the three major regions in the east, middle and west of China. This paper focuses on the evaluation of the inheritance capacity of industrial transfer in the region, puts forward a certain innovative index system to evaluate the inheritance capacity of industrial transfer, and uses principal component analysis to analyze the weight of indicators, and then draws the comprehensive evaluation results of the inheritance of industrial transfer in all provinces in China. The empirical results show that all provinces should undertake industrial transfer scientifically and reasonably in accordance with the actual conditions, and continue to actively and steadily carry out the strategy of “developing the west China” and “the rise of the central region” nationwide to achieve a sustainable balanced development of industries .
