以玉米淀粉为原料、次氯酸钠为氧化剂和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为接枝剂,采用氧化接枝法制备了淀粉胶;然后以酚醛树脂(PF)为交联剂,制得淀粉/PF复合胶。着重考察了淀粉胶/PF胶复配比例对复合胶固含量、黏度、胶接强度、耐水性和固化性能等影响。研究结果表明:当m(淀粉胶)∶m(PF胶)=3∶7时,复合胶的固含量、黏度、胶接强度和耐水性俱佳。当淀粉胶比例较小时,复合胶的固化放热量较大、固化速率较快;当淀粉胶比例继续增加时,复合胶的固化反应趋缓。
Starch glue was prepared by oxidative grafting method using corn starch as raw material, sodium hypochlorite as oxidant and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as grafting agent. Then PF / . The effects of the proportion of starch adhesive / PF adhesive on the content, viscosity, bonding strength, water resistance and curing property of the adhesive were emphatically investigated. The results show that when m (starch glue): m (PF glue) = 3: 7, the composite adhesive has good solid content, viscosity, adhesive strength and water resistance. When the proportion of starch adhesive is small, the compound adhesive has a large amount of curing heat release and a fast curing rate. When the proportion of starch adhesive continues to increase, the curing reaction of the adhesive compound tends to slow down.
