2004年,十一支国内车队组成中国场地赛车联盟,在中汽联的领导下,创立了全国场地汽车锦标赛。经过几年的征战.数支名次靠后的中小车队已经遇到了资金和技术的瓶颈,而不少实力雄厚的车队却又对全锦赛这个新兴的赛事跃跃欲试。但基于规则的限制,新的车队想要参与国内赛事,只能通过并购原有车队来加入,这一仿效 F1体制的规定,催生了第—批车队并购风潮。
In 2004, eleven domestic teams formed the China Racing League, and under the leadership of the China Federation of Automobile Manufacturers, created the National Circuit Championship. After several years of expeditions, the number of low-middle and high-speed car teams that have been ranked behind have encountered the bottlenecks of capital and technology. However, many powerful teams are eager for this emerging event. However, based on the rules, the new fleet wants to participate in domestic competitions and can only join the original fleet through mergers and acquisitions. This follows the provisions of the F1 system and has given birth to the first batch of fleet mergers and acquisitions.
