化学灌浆是改善软弱岩体岩性的有效办法,可以降低吸水率、提高变形模量、弹性模量,提高抗压、抗拉和抗剪强度。结合某水利工程现场砂砾软岩的实际情况,研制了一套用于砂砾软岩室内化学灌浆的试验系统;配制了多种试验用环氧树脂浆液;制定了相关的试验方法及步骤。采用外敷材料及试模成型的措施,解决了试验用软弱岩石不易钻孔及成型的难题。通过试件切割及显微镜下微观观察,验证了浆液在砂砾软岩中的可注性。试验结果表明,所研制的砂砾软岩室内化学灌浆系统的灌注性能可靠;对砂砾软岩进行化学灌浆加固具备可行性;灌注及加固效果显著。
Chemical grouting is an effective way to improve the lithology of weak rock mass, which can reduce water absorption, increase deformation modulus, elastic modulus and improve compressive strength, tensile strength and shear strength. In combination with the actual situation of gravel soft rock at a water conservancy project site, a set of experimental system for chemical grouting in grit soft rock was developed. A variety of experimental epoxy grouts were prepared and related test methods and procedures were worked out. The use of external materials and test-molding measures to solve the test with soft rock difficult drilling and forming problems. Through the specimen cutting and microscopic observation, the slurry was confirmed in the gravel soft rock in the note. The test results show that the chemical grouting system of grit soft rock indoor has good perfusion performance, chemical grouting reinforcement of grit soft rock is feasible, and the effect of pouring and reinforcement is remarkable.
