报道了一种新型的基于光纤光栅外腔分布布拉格反射激光器的波长转换技术。获得了8nm的波长转换间隔;对注入信号的灵敏度、转换信号之间的反相特性等进行了测量研究。讨论了波长转换的机理和该技术的特点和优点。
A new type of wavelength conversion technology based on fiber Bragg grating distributed Bragg reflection laser is reported. The wavelength conversion interval of 8nm was obtained. The sensitivity of the injected signal and the inverted characteristic of the converted signal were measured. The mechanism of wavelength conversion and the features and advantages of this technique are discussed.
