包公藤甲素,简称包甲素,是从草药包公藤茎中提得的新生物碱,是一个新型的拟胆碱药物,目前临床上用以治疗青光眼,其药理作用及扩大临床的应用还正在研究中。本文报导了包甲素的气液色谱分析法。将包甲素与三氟醋酐(TFAA)反应制成包甲素三氟乙酰衍生物,根据质谱数据推测,该衍生物为N-三氟乙酰-2β-三氟乙酰氧基-6β-乙酰氧基去甲茛菪烷(N-trifluroactyl-2β-triflu-roacetoxy-6β-acetoxy nortropane)。取此衍生物的正庚烷溶液在充填以涂渍了3%OV-17的Chromosorb W A W DMCS的色谱柱上进行气液色谱分析。以纯氮为载气,用电子俘获检测器(ECD)检测。实验结果表明:包甲素三氟乙酰衍生物的色谱峰面积与相应的包甲素溶液浓度在5~50μg/ml范围内呈线性关系。

The experimental results show that the peak area of the tricyclic acetyl triflate is linear with the corresponding concentration of the tamoxifen in the range of 5 ~ 50μg / ml.
