学校的中心工作是教学。为了树立中心意识,哈尔滨市第49中学校所有活动都围绕推进素质教育、提高教育教学质量设计工作。学校的教师专业发展理念是教育智慧大于专业技能,课程意识大于专业知识。在这样理念的基础上,在新课程背景下,49中学着重从教学管理的内容与形式上进行创新、整合,在管理的科学性、有效性、系统性方面进行设计,构建了新课程背景下的教学常规管理模式,在教学工作上收到事半功倍的效果。一、强烈的智慧意识。新课程要求课堂充满活力,让学生成为学习的主人。因此,教师必须具有教学设计的智慧、教法运用的智慧、课堂应变的智慧,否则很难改变课堂教学
