今年5月8日,是《地方志工作条例》颁布5周年,全省开展了学习宣传《条例》活动,做为修志人员必须带头学习贯彻《条例》,深刻领会精神实质,进一步提高对地方志工作的认识,增强责任感和使命感。国务院颁布的《地方志工作条例》是建国以来关于地方志工作的第一部法规,它的颁布实施是依法修志新时期的开始,标志着地方志事业步入了法制化轨道。在二轮修志开展之际,以宣传《条例》为契机,继续加强《地方志工作条例》的学习贯彻,即加强修志的理论建设、制度建设、队伍建设,建立地方志工作长效机制,对于全面做好地方志工作有着极其重要的作用和意义。
