目的探讨品管圈活动在提升心血管内科糖尿病并发症患者护理效果的应用与效果。方法选取80例糖尿病合并心血管病患者为研究对象,随机平均分配为两组,一组为参照组,另一组为实验组。应用品管圈方法对实验组患者在常规护理的基础上制定综合护理方法。比较两组患者实施品管圈活动后血糖指数、心电图及血压3项指标护理前后的变化情况。结果实施品管圈活动后,心内科糖尿病合并心血管病患者血糖异常、心电图异常、血压异常的例数和异常率均有显著下降,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用品管圈方法对糖尿病合并心血管病患者进行综合护理干预,有助于提高治疗效果,利于血糖和血压的控制。 Objective To explore the application and effect of QA activities in enhancing the nursing effect of patients with cardiovascular complications of diabetes. Methods Eighty diabetes mellitus patients with cardiovascular diseases were selected as study subjects and randomly assigned to two groups. One was the reference group and the other was the experimental group. Application of pipe method of the experimental group of patients on the basis of routine care to develop a comprehensive nursing approach. The changes of blood glucose index, electrocardiogram and blood pressure before and after the three indicators of quality control circle were compared between the two groups. Results After the QA activities were performed, there was a significant decrease in the number of abnormalities of blood glucose, electrocardiogram abnormalities, abnormal blood pressure and abnormal blood pressure in patients with cardiological diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The quality control ring method for patients with diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease comprehensive care intervention, help to improve the therapeutic effect, which will help control blood sugar and blood pressure.
