当前我国中西部地方工科高校法律人才培养目标单一,定位模糊,理论教学与实践教学严重脱钩,学生知识结构不合理。为更好地发展,中西部地方工科高校应准确定位,制定出符合其实际的卓越法律人才培养目标——为中原经济区和西部大开发建设提供基层服务所需的法律人才,探索一条注重面向中西部基层卓越实务型法律职业人才培养之路;优化法律人才培养方案设置;加强师资队伍建设;强化实践环节,提高学生的基层服务职业技能。
At present, the training objectives of law talents in local engineering colleges in the central and western regions are single and ambiguous. The theoretical teaching and practice teaching are severely decoupled, and the knowledge structure of students is unreasonable. In order to develop better, the local engineering universities in the central and western regions should accurately locate and formulate excellent legal talent training objectives in line with their actual conditions - the legal personnel needed to provide grassroots services for the development and construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone and the western part of China, Optimize the training of legal professionals; set up programs to strengthen legal personnel; strengthen the construction of teaching staff; strengthen the practical aspects and enhance students’ professional skills in grass-roots services.
