班级的应有内涵包括实体场域、功能主体、文化组织、学研机构等等,这样的主体富有生命,承载文化进化的任务,显露为功能性存在。把班级看做一个有机体,主体之间的关系阐明与关系建构是保障有机体有序高效运行的关键,对制度进行系统建设就是有机体内外部各单元、各结构优化的过程。在生态学视角下班级制度系统建设的主要内容有:班级内部的文化、组织、环境、活动四个方面,班级外部支持的环境,主体生命的自主优化与发展,系统评价的考评与研究。
The proper connotation of the class includes the entity field, the function main body, the cultural organization, the academic research institute and so on. Such main body is full of life and undertakes the task of cultural evolution, revealing as functional existence. The class as an organism, the relationship between the main body and the relationship between the construction is to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the key organism, the system of system construction is the body of the external units, the structure of the optimization process. The main contents of the system construction of class system from the perspective of ecology include four aspects: culture, organization, environment and activities within the class, the environment supported by the outside of the class, the autonomous optimization and development of the subject’s life, and the evaluation and research of systematic evaluation.
