本文根据近些年供电企业教育培训工作情况分析,指出目前供电企业教育培训工作的弊端,就如何改善和加强职工教育培训工作提出了一些建议。 Based on the analysis of the education and training work of power supply enterprises in recent years, this paper points out the shortcomings of current education and training work for power supply enterprises and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve and strengthen the education and training of workers and staff.
