This is an era of boom in management theory, but also a generation of management masters. Still, Peter Drucker is the only one who has been able to stand out in such times and to become a “master of gurus.” Peter Drucker experienced World War I in his childhood and World War II in his youth, so Drucker was particularly sensitive and alert to the changes of the times. “The Management of the Great Change Times” included Drucker’s masterpieces from 1993 to 1995 for a total of 24 articles. The two interviews that echoes have played a role in attracting and finishing touches. Among them, “the way of management”, “new society of organization”, “information needed by managers today”, “century of social change” and “management of post-capitalist society”, etc. Several articles are based on the socio-economic changes in the general trend of its original theory once again sort out and refine the essence of ideas. Drucker excels in using plain language to elaborate on complex theories and to do a good job with a large number of cases
