提出一种介质环型三重晶格光子晶体结构,并研究了其完全带隙。利用Rsoft软件研究了各参数对完全带隙的影响规律,进而优化了介质环型结构。结果表明,随着介质环介电常数的增大,光子晶体完全带隙先增大后减小;随着介质环内径和外径的比值增大,完全带隙先增大后减小。当介质环的介电常数为14.71,内径和外径的比值为0.42时,获得的最大完全带隙为0.168。
A medium ring triplets lattice photonic crystal structure was proposed and its complete bandgap was studied. Rsoft software was used to study the influence of various parameters on the complete band gap, and then the media ring structure was optimized. The results show that with the increase of the dielectric constant of the dielectric ring, the full bandgap of the photonic crystal first increases and then decreases. As the ratio of the inner diameter to the outer diameter increases, the complete band gap firstly increases and then decreases. When the permittivity of the dielectric ring is 14.71 and the ratio of inner diameter to outer diameter is 0.42, the maximum complete bandgap obtained is 0.168.
