研究了锡(Ⅱ)对铕-四环素体系中铕的荧光增敏作用,对其增敏机理进行了探讨,并进一步研究了该体系荧光法测定铕的最佳测定条件。该体系测定铕的检测限为0.02μg/L,无锡存在时,铕的检测限为0.09μg/L。锡(Ⅱ)使铕的荧光检测限降低了4.5倍,用一级导数荧光法,使铕的荧光检测限进一步降低到0.01μg/L。成功地测定了混合稀土氧化物中铕的含量.
The sensitization mechanism of tin (Ⅱ) to europium in europium-tetracycline system was studied. The sensitization mechanism of europium was also discussed. The optimal conditions for the determination of europium with this system were also studied. The detection limit of the system for the determination of europium is 0.02μg / L, the detection limit of europium is 0.09μg / L in the presence of tin.
