医院核心竞争力作为特定医院个性化发展的产物,必须是医院特有的,并且是同行业竞争对手在一段时期内难以模仿和超越的,甚至某一部分具有垄断的优势,是医院独树一帜的能力,这种独特性体现在医院的差异化竞争优势。文章简要分析了黑龙江省县级中医医疗机构的基本情况,探讨了提升其核心竞争力存在的问题和待改进之处。
As a product of the personalized development of a particular hospital, the core competence of a hospital must be unique to the hospital and a monopoly superiority that is difficult to be imitated and surpassed by its competitors in the industry over a period of time. This is a hospital’s unique capability. The uniqueness of the species is reflected in the differentiated competitive advantage of the hospital. The article briefly analyzes the basic situation of county-level Chinese medical institutions in Heilongjiang Province, and discusses the existing problems and the points for improvement in enhancing their core competitiveness.
