校长的课程领导力应体现在课程的执行力与创新力上,而“两力”的基点是对课程标准的解读与把握。对学校的课程改革而言,现行的课程标准是课程与教学的基本依据和基本要求,体现素质教育的基本精神和理念,因此不仅是教研员、教师关注的焦点,也应成为校长推进课程改革的起点。执行国家的课程文件,确保课程计划与课程标准的严肃性,是校长执行力的具体体现。
