针对采用新型连续回转电液伺服马达直接驱动的仿真转台单通道电液位置伺服系统 ,探讨了影响系统控制精度的各相关因素 ,并着重对系统的稳态误差、马达摩擦特性和反馈元件的安装误差对系统控制精度的影响作了系统的理论分析 ,并提出了提高系统控制精度的方法和措施。
Aiming at the single-channel electro-hydraulic position servo system which is directly driven by the new continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servomotor, the relevant factors affecting the system control precision are discussed. The steady-state error of the system, the friction characteristics of the motor and the installation of feedback components The influence of error on system control accuracy is systematically analyzed and the methods and measures to improve system control accuracy are proposed.
