1.故障现象我公司1台瑞典阿特拉斯·科普柯(Atlas Copco)公司生产的MT2010型矿用坑内卡车,有时会出现停车制动无法解除和行驶过程中自行制动故障。该类故障大都表现为2种状况:一是在驻车状态下拔起停车制动按钮,驻车制动无法解除;二是行驶过程中偶尔出现自行缓慢制动及自行紧急制动现象。2.工作原理该型矿用坑内卡车制动系统由制动泵1、充压阀2、蓄能器3、分流阀4、制动压力传感器5、初级停车制动电磁阀6、次级停车制动电磁阀7、脚踏制动阀8、分流阀9、前驱动桥制动器10、后驱动桥制动器11等组成,如附图所示。
