加强高职院校班组建设不仅有利于提高高职团队建设质量,还有利于进一步提升我国高职院校综合办学实力。以往班组建设主要围绕着硬性指标展开,其效果并不突出。笔者认为,高职院校必须转变以思路,突破以往班组建设壁垒,未来应以文化建设为抓手来重新考量班组建设工作。本文从班组文化建设的四重要义入手,详细分析了文化在班组建设中的存在意义和重要价值,以图为高职院校进一步搞好班组建设工作提供有用参考。
Strengthening the construction of the team in higher vocational colleges is not only conducive to improving the quality of the construction of higher vocational teams, but also conducive to further enhance the strength of our comprehensive higher education institutions. In the past, the construction of the team mainly focused on the rigid index, and its effect was not prominent. The author believes that higher vocational colleges must change their thinking to break through the barriers to the construction of the previous team and should take the cultural construction as the starting point to reconsider the construction of the team. This article starts from the four important meaning of team culture construction, analyzes the existence significance and important value of culture in team construction in detail, and provides a useful reference for higher vocational colleges to do a good job in team work construction.
