Many occupational epidemiological studies have shown that noise is likely to be one of the risk factors that cause and aggravate circulatory diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. However, the process and mechanism of noise causing circulatory system changes are still unclear. Ising et al proposed a hypothesis that changes in Ca ~ (2 +) and Mg ~ (2+) levels may increase the risk of heart attack. In this paper, the changes of Ca ~ (2 +) and Mg ~ (2+) in myocardium were observed after a certain period of exposure in a noisy environment under strict control of experimental conditions. In order to explore the mechanism of action to provide experimental evidence.
