托幼机构作为一个重要的儿童保教组织和单位,其卫生保健情况如何直接关系着幼儿的身心健康发展。当前我国托幼机构建设中,公立性质的相对较少而民办性质的较多,民办托幼机构在卫生保健方面不仅存在着一定的优势,也面临着诸多挑战,面临诸多困难。本文就结合当地托幼机构基本情况,在对当前现状分析基础上指出了存在的主要问题,并提出了几点改善托幼机构保健工作现状的可靠建议,主张建立更有效的卫生保健管理机构或组织,综合利用各类媒体和舆论工具加强宣传教育,强化保健人员业务素质培训,加大资金投入和完善配套硬件建设。
As an important child protection organization and unit, nurseries and kindergartens have a direct impact on the health and well-being of young children. At present, the construction of nurseries and kindergartens in our country is relatively limited in nature and private in nature. Private nurseries and nurseries not only have certain advantages in health care, but also face many challenges and face many difficulties. Based on the basic situation of nurseries and kindergartens in our country, this article points out the main problems on the basis of the current situation analysis and puts forward some credible suggestions on how to improve the nursery and kindergarten’s health care work.
