目的探讨图像引导放射治疗(IGRT)宫颈癌选取不同标记点对图像配准结果的影响。方法选取2013年4月至2015年4月间就诊的58例宫颈癌患者,均行千伏锥形束CT(KVCBCT)IGRT,对治疗第一幅图像进行研究,并以髋骨、骶尾骨及肿瘤作为研究的标记点,利用自动+手动法参考图像对KVCBCT图像进行配准,对3个不同标记点的配准结果进行观察和对比。结果髋骨与肿瘤2个标记点在X、Y、Z 3个方向摆位误差比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但髋骨、肿瘤2个标记点在X、Y、Z三个方面摆位误差与骶尾骨标记点比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IGRT治疗宫颈癌选取不同标记点对图像配准有影响,其中髋骨与肿瘤2个标记点配准结果无明显差异,建议将这两点作为图像配准最佳的标记点实施IGRT。 Objective To investigate the effect of different registration points on image registration of cervical cancer guided by image guided radiotherapy (IGRT). Methods Fifty-eight patients with cervical cancer treated from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected and treated with KVCBCT IGRT. The first image of the treatment was studied. The hip, sacrococcygeal and Tumor as a marker of the study, the use of automatic + manual reference image KVCBCT image registration, registration of three different markers were observed and compared. Results There were no significant differences in the placement error between the two markers of hip and tumor in X, Y and Z directions (P> 0.05). However, there were no significant differences between the two markers in hip and tumor There were significant differences between setup error and sacrococcygeal marker (P <0.05). Conclusion IGRT treatment of cervical cancer selected different points on the image registration has an impact, including hip and tumor two markers no significant difference between the registration results, these two points recommended as the best image registration point implementation of IGRT.
