目的:采用超高效液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术对玄麦甘桔颗粒的化学成分进行检测分析。方法:采用XB-Bridge BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.5μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.3 m L·min-1。质谱使用ESI离子源,正、负离子模式扫描采集数据。结果:根据精确相对分子质量和碎片离子分析,并结合相关文献检索及质谱裂解规律,共鉴定出33个化学成分,9个环烯醚萜类成分,20个黄酮类成分,4个皂苷类成分。结论:该文建立了一种基于UPLC-Q-TOF-MS的快速成分分析方法,为研究玄麦甘桔颗粒的化学成分,及进一步物质基础研究提供了技术支持。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the chemical constituents of Xuanmai Ganjie Granules by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS with ultra performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-MS / MS). Methods: The gradient elution was carried out on a XB-Bridge BEH C18 column (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 2.5 μm) using acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.3 mL · min-1. Mass spectrometry ESI source, positive and negative ion mode scan acquisition data. Results: According to the accurate relative molecular mass and fragment ion analysis, combined with related literature search and mass spectrometry cleavage, 33 chemical constituents, 9 iridoid constituents, 20 flavonoid constituents, 4 saponin constituents . Conclusion: A rapid component analysis method based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS was established in this paper to provide technical support for the study of the chemical constituents of Xuanmai Gangen Granules and further study of their material basis.
