目的 研究细胞角蛋白 7(CK 7)、癌胚抗原 (CEA)和细胞角蛋白 2 0 (CK 2 0 )单克隆抗体在卵巢和胃粘液癌中的表达及鉴别意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学S P法对各组癌进行 3种单克隆抗体表达的检测。结果 二组间各种抗体染色有一定的重叠。 8例 (1 )来源于卵巢的粘液癌CK 7均呈阳性表达“ ++”~“ +++” ,CEA 3/8不同程度表达 ,CK 2 0 7/8阴性 ,经实验结果证实其中 1 例应是原发于卵巢 ;18例胃来源的粘液癌CK 7、CEA和CK 2 0皆不同程度阳性。经t检验 ,CK 7和CEA表达在两组间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而CK 2 0在两组间表达无显著差异(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 单一CK 7、CEA和CK 2 0不能有效鉴别来自胃和卵巢的粘液癌。CK 7+CEA +CK 2 0联合是鉴别卵巢来源和胃来源粘液癌最有效的组合
Objective To investigate the expression and differential significance of cytokeratin 7 (CK 7), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and cytokeratin 20 (CK 20) monoclonal antibodies in ovarian and gastric mucinous carcinomas. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of three monoclonal antibodies in each group of cancers. Results There was some overlap in the staining of various antibodies between the two groups. Eight cases (1) of mucinous ovary cancer cell line CK 7 were positive for “++” to “+++”, CEA 3/8 was expressed in different degrees, CK 2 0 7/8 was negative, and 1 was confirmed by the experimental results. The case should be primary in the ovary; 18 cases of gastric mucinous CK7, CEA, and CK20 were all positive to varying degrees. After t-test, CK 7 and CEA expression were significantly different between the two groups (P < 0.05), while CK 2 0 was not significantly different between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions Single CK 7, CEA, and CK 2 0 are not effective in identifying mucinous carcinomas from the stomach and ovaries. Combination of CK 7+CEA +CK 2 0 is the most effective combination to identify ovarian and stomach-derived mucinous carcinomas
