受终身教育思潮和教师专业化发展理念的影响,各个国家都意识到教师在职培训的必要性,纷纷支持实施这一举措。目前,我国义务教育阶段城乡之间师资水平差距较大,实现教师资源的均衡配置,仅仅依靠教师流动制度略显不足,而农村教师在职培训恰好是一种有效的补充机制。美国义务教育阶段教师在职培训体系比较成熟,文章在吸收美国教师在职培训经验的基础上,针对我国农村地区教师培训存在的问题提出若干建议,以期对我国教师在职培训制度的完善有所贡献。
Influenced by the trend of lifelong education and teachers’ professional development, all countries are aware of the necessity of on-the-job training for teachers and have all supported the implementation of this measure. At present, the level of teacher education between urban and rural areas in our country is quite different, and the balanced allocation of teachers’ resources is only a little dependent on the system of teacher mobility. However, on-the-job training of rural teachers is just an effective supplementary mechanism. On the basis of absorbing on-the-job training experience of American teachers, the article puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in teacher training in rural areas in China, with a view to contributing to the perfection of on-the-job teacher training system in China.
