试验通过在Al-25%Si合金的固溶过程中施加脉冲电场的方法,研究了脉冲电场对其组织及热处理工艺的影响。研究发现:在脉冲电场作用下,初晶硅在铝合金基体中的形态由粗大的五花瓣状集中分布,变为短块状分散分布;脉冲电场能显著缩短固溶时间,优化固溶工艺。
The effect of pulsed electric field on the microstructure and heat treatment process of Al-25% Si alloy was studied by applying a pulsed electric field. The results show that the morphology of primary silicon in the aluminum alloy matrix is concentratedly distributed in the form of coarse petals under the action of pulsed electric field, and the distribution of the primary silicon in the aluminum alloy matrix becomes short lumpy distribution. The pulsed electric field can shorten the solution time and optimize the solution process.
