文章通过新建地方本科院校阅读推广存在的问题,从制度保障、队伍建设、调研及评估三个层面提出提高阅读推广实效性的建议。
Through reading and promoting the existing problems in the new local undergraduate colleges and universities, the article puts forward suggestions to improve the effectiveness of reading promotion from the aspects of system guarantee, team building, research and evaluation.
