介绍了矿山交流电动挖掘机的提升控制方式,分析了实际生产中常用的静态力矩-速度切换调速系统,从安全生产和可靠运行两方面论述了这种控制方式的不足,并在此基础上提出了一种基于PLC和数字调速装置的调速系统——智能自适应力矩-速度切换调速系统。该调速系统应用于中铁科工集团WK-10型电动挖掘机,减少了系统维护量,延长了机械寿命,提高了安全性能。
This paper introduces the lifting control mode of the mining AC electric excavator, analyzes the static torque - speed switching speed control system commonly used in practical production, and discusses the shortcomings of this control mode from the aspects of safety production and reliable operation. On the basis of this, A speed control system based on PLC and digital speed governor is put forward - intelligent adaptive torque - speed switching speed control system. The speed control system used in China Railway Science and Industry Group WK-10 electric excavator, reducing the amount of system maintenance, extending the mechanical life and improve safety performance.
