本文采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定氨苄青霉素的血药浓度,方法简便、快速、准确。并对静滴氨苄青毒素的药代动力学进行了探讨,证明此药的药代动力学属二室模型。
In this paper, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of ampicillin plasma concentration, the method is simple, rapid and accurate. The pharmacokinetics of ampicillin was also investigated. The pharmacokinetics of this amphotericin is a two-compartment model.
