本文主要结合实际工作中的一些体会,对某一处于高速成长期中的通信企业绩效考核指标体系的设置情况进行了描述,对其作了剖析,提出了自己的一些改进建议,力图对同类企业绩效指标的设计有所借鉴。
In this paper, we mainly describe the setting of a certain indicator system of communication enterprise performance assessment in a period of rapid growth based on some experience in practical work. We analyze it and put forward some suggestions for improvement. The design of performance indicators can draw lessons from it.
