为了获得集热效率数据来参考设计Al-Si合金太阳能储能锅炉,基于多碟式聚光器,设计加工了Al-Si合金太阳能储能锅炉的接收器及其集热效率实验系统,对接收器在高太阳能热流密度下的集热效率进行了实验研究,实测试接收器的静态平均有效集热效率和准稳态(非稳态)瞬时效率,实验结果表明:在太阳直射辐照度0~600 W/m2之间时,接收器平均有效集热效率为44.22%;并用最小二乘法回归整理出接收器的准稳态(非稳态)瞬时效率方程式。
In order to obtain the data of collector efficiency, reference is made to the design of Al-Si alloy solar energy storage boilers. Based on the multi-disc concentrator, the receiver of the Al-Si alloy solar energy storage boiler and its heat collecting efficiency experiment system are designed and fabricated. Experiments were carried out to study the heat collection efficiency under high solar heat flux density. The experimental results show that the static average effective heat collection efficiency and the quasi-steady state transient efficiency of the receiver are tested. The experimental results show that under direct solar irradiance of 0 ~ 600 W / m2, the receiver average effective heat collection efficiency is 44.22%; and the receiver’s quasi steady state (instantaneous) instantaneous efficiency equation is obtained by least square regression.
