长春市自来水公司一水厂第六净化系统自1977年建成投产以来,由于原设计问题较多,生产几乎处于瘫痪状态,该公司为此将其进行了技术改造。将原有的管道混合、孔室反应、斜管沉淀池中的集泥斗虹吸排泥和穿孔管集水以及虹吸滤池内水力真空系统逐一改造成跌水后机械搅拌两级混合、网格反应、斜管沉淀池内采用穿孔管排泥和中央集水槽表面溢流集水以及虹吸滤池机械真空系统。改造后净水能力提高2.1倍,水质合格率提高100%,耗药量降低41.9%,并节省了自用水量;年创经济效益达188.6万元。
