海外EPC工程承包模式具有跨地域、跨文化、建设周期长、资金风险高等特征,我国公司的海外工程项目管理往往忽视管理过程中财务管理的重要性。随着国际化步伐的加快,我国海外工程承包业务将会越来越多,在总结原有工程项目管理的基础上,需要不断的将现代财务管理理论引入到海外EPC项目的财务风险控制中,优化工程承包企业财务管理手段,提高工程管理水平。本文以J项目公司作为研究对象,研究了海外EPC工程总承包模式下的财务管理,分别从EPC项目成本控制、费用控制、全面预算与决算管理、税务筹划等方面,分析了海外工程项目财务管理现状,并在此基础上,针对问题提出了相应的财务优化建议,为公司其他海外工程项目提供借鉴。

In this paper, J Project Company is taken as the research object to study the financial management under the overseas EPC project general contracting mode. From the aspects of EPC project cost control, cost control, overall budget and final account management, tax planning and so on, this paper analyzes the overseas project financial management On the basis of this, we put forward corresponding financial optimization suggestions to solve the problems and provide references for other overseas projects of the Company.
