雷公藤醋酸乙酯提取物对类风湿性关节炎有较好的效果,为探讨其是否有糖皮质激素样作用,进行了药理实验,实验结果表明,雷公藤提取物可明显降低大鼠肾上腺维生素的含量,戊巴比妥钠或地塞米松与雷公藤提取物合用,可完全阻断药物降低肾上腺维生素含量的作用,提取物也可降低肾上腺胆固醇含量,结果与ACTH相似。此外,雷公藤提取物还可提高小鼠肝糖元的含量。
The ethyl acetate extract of Tripterygium wilfordii has a good effect on rheumatoid arthritis. In order to investigate whether it has glucocorticoid-like effects, pharmacological experiments have been conducted. The experimental results show that Tripterygium wilfordii extract can significantly reduce the rat adrenal vitamins. The content of pentobarbital sodium or dexamethasone in combination with Tripterygium wilfordii extract can completely block the effect of the drug in reducing the adrenal vitamin content, and the extract can also reduce the adrenal cholesterol content, and the result is similar to that of ACTH. In addition, Tripterygium extract can also increase mouse liver glycogen content.
