利用SSR标记分析35份糯玉米种质的遗传多样性

以引进的35个糯玉米自交系和5个我国普通玉米杂种优势群的标准检验种为供试材料,利用SSR标记分析他们的遗传多样性和亲缘关系。结果表明,30对SSR引物共检测到140个等位基因变异,每对引物的等位变异数为2~8个,平均为4.67个;SSR标记的多态性信息量在0.198 6~0.794 7之间,平均为0.584 0;材料间的遗传距离在0~0.923 1之间,平均值为0.645 3。40份材料可以分为4个类群,与可追踪的系谱信息基本一致。 Based on the introduction of 35 waxy corn inbred lines and 5 common maize heterotic groups in China, the SSR markers were used to analyze their genetic diversity and their genetic relationship. The results showed that 30 SSR primers detected 140 alleles and the number of alleles per primer pair ranged from 2 to 8, with an average of 4.67. The SSR markers were 0.198 6 ~ 0.794 7 , The average was 0.584 0; the genetic distance between materials was between 0 and 0.923 1, with an average value of 0.645 3.40 materials could be divided into four groups, basically the same with the traceable pedigree information.
