我院自1969年以来用去皮雷公藤根(Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook·f·)治疗类风湿性关节炎,临床疗效显著。鉴于肾炎和类风湿性关节炎的发病机制均属于第Ⅲ型变态反应,故自1977年10月起试用雷公藤治疗以肾病综合征为主要表现的原发性肾小球疾病,亦取得较满意的疗效,现报道如下。观察对象及方法 (一)诊断标准:按1977年全国北戴河肾炎座谈会制定的“关于原发性肾小球疾病的临床分类初步方案”,并参考尿中纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)含量及血清Ig含量测定,进行诊断及分型。 (二)治疗分组: 1.雷公藤治疗组:共34例,其中男20例,
