本文针对“跳远逆进教学法”提出的问题,根据跳远教材的特点和各技术环节之间的关系,指出跳远教学不宜采用“逆进分解教学法”,而应该采用“顺进分解教学法”。
According to the characteristics of long jump teaching materials and the relationship between various technical aspects, this paper points out that the teaching of “progressive decomposition method” should not be adopted in long jump teaching, but “forward progressive decomposition teaching method” .
