2002年上半年,我省各地进入劳动力市场的用人单位数、岗位提供数、求职人员数,较去年同期相比都有明显提高。据福建省监测中心提供的数据表明:2002年上半年,进场用人单位72633家,提供用人岗位435597个,求职人员登记数457578人,分别比去年同期增长30.8%、42.3%、35.5%。主要特点:二产用人单位逐步上升,非国有企业用人成主流,营销、家庭服务员供不应求,财会、司机热度不减等。究其直接原因:一是全省经济形势好转,企业用人需求增加;二是求职者择业观念转变,市场意识增强,进一步活跃了市场,促进了双向选择机制向纵深发展;三是我省劳动力市场运作机制的逐步完善,增强了市场对用人单位和求职人员的吸引力。
In the first half of 2002, the number of employing units, the number of posts provided and the number of job-seekers entering the labor market all over the province increased significantly compared with the same period of last year. According to the data provided by the Fujian Provincial Monitoring Center, 72,633 employers came into the market in the first half of 2002, providing 435,597 employment posts and 457,578 applicants for employment, an increase of 30.8%, 42.3% and 35.5% over the same period of last year respectively.
